There is a minimum age of 6. Guests under the age of 6 will not be admitted to the event venue. All guests aged 6 and over are required to have a ticket.

All guests are required to carry an official identification document and present it when requested.

Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the event venue.

Pets are not permitted inside the event venue.

Weapons, sharp or pointed objects, flammable, combustible or explosive materials, laser pointers, thermoses, motorcycle helmets and similar items that may pose a security risk are not permitted inside the event venue.

Professional audio and video equipment, video cameras, cameras, selfie sticks and GoPro sticks are not permitted inside the event venue.

Unauthorized audio, video or image recording and live broadcasting are prohibited at the event venue.

Security personnel will conduct security checks on everyone entering the event venue. Guests who refuse to undergo a security check will not be admitted and will not be entitled to a ticket refund.

Guests who leave the event venue forfeit their right to re-enter. A new ticket must be purchased for re-entry. Security checks may be repeated upon re-entry.

Guests are required to keep their tickets and, where applicable, their wristbands throughout the event.

Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the organizer. Tickets purchased outside official sales points may be deemed invalid and their holders may be removed from the event venue.

Event tickets may not be used, without the organizer's written permission, for advertising, competitions, raffles, promotions, or any commercial or non-commercial purpose other than personal use. Tickets used for such purposes may be cancelled.

The organizer has the right to refuse admission to persons deemed unsuitable for the event, with the ticket price refunded.

The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.

Persons engaging in inappropriate behavior that disrupts the event or disturbs the comfort of other guests may be removed from the event venue without a ticket refund.

Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited at the event venue.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer and venue management are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Lighting arrangements at the event venue may cause temporary eye discomfort.

By entering the event venue, guests are deemed to have consented to the use of their images in photographs and videos taken during the event. The organizer has the right to use such recordings for promotional and/or advertising purposes.

Even with non-professional devices, guests must not make recordings that disturb other guests or artists or violate their privacy.

By attending the event and entering the event venue, all guests are deemed to have accepted the above rules.
