Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy regulates the refund and cancellation conditions for event tickets purchased through BİLETFİ DIGITAL TICKETING AND EVENT SERVICES LIMITED COMPANY (“Biletfi”).

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Biletfi is a platform that intermediates the sale of tickets for events organized by event organizers.

The purchased event service is provided by the organizer and all responsibility belongs to the organizer.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Law No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal for events with a specific date.

3. REFUND CONDITIONS

Refunds are not provided except in the following cases:

• Cancellation of the event
• Non-occurrence of the event

4. EVENT CHANGES

In case of changes in date, venue, or content, the right to refund is determined by the organizer.

5. SERVICE FEE

Service fees are non-refundable.

6. REFUND PROCESS

In case of a refund, the payment will be made within 3-20 business days.

7. LIABILITY

Biletfi is not responsible for issues arising from the organization.

8. USER ACCEPTANCE

The user who makes the purchase is deemed to have accepted these terms.
