The website under the domain biletfi.com and all related digital systems
1.4. ORGANIZER:
The third-party real or legal entity organizing the event
1.5. SERVICE:
Intermediary service for the sale of digital tickets providing the right to attend a specific event
2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS
2.1. This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
2.2. This form is intended to inform the BUYER clearly and completely before the purchase.
2.3. The BUYER cannot complete the purchase without approving this form.
3. NATURE OF SERVICE AND INTERMEDIARY
3.1. The purchased service is an electronic ticket granting the right to attend an event at a specific date and time.
3.2. Biletfi is a platform that intermediates ticket sales for events organized by third-party organizers.
3.3. The content, execution, organization, quality, duration, and all operational processes of the event are the responsibility of the organizer.
3.4. Biletfi is not the event provider and cannot be held directly liable for the performance of the event.
4. PRODUCT / SERVICE INFORMATION
4.1. All details (event name, date, time, location, category, seat, quantity, etc.) are presented during purchase.
4.2. The BUYER is responsible for checking this information before purchase.
4.3. The BUYER is responsible for incorrect selections.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
5.1. The total price includes ticket price, service fee, and additional charges.
5.2. All fees are shown before payment.
5.3. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.
5.4. No ticket is created before payment is completed.
5.5. Transactions without payment confirmation are invalid.
5.6. Suspicious or risky transactions may be canceled.
5.7. The user accepts full responsibility for payment transactions.
6. DELIVERY AND USE OF TICKET
6.1. Tickets are digital and no physical delivery is made.
6.2. Tickets are sent via email and/or SMS.
6.3. The user must provide accurate information.
6.4. The user is responsible for storing and protecting the ticket.
6.5. The user is responsible for loss or misuse.
6.6. The QR code is unique and can only be used once.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1. There is no right of withdrawal for dated event services.
7.2. The BUYER accepts this.
8. REFUND AND CANCELLATION
8.1. Tickets are non-refundable.
8.2. Exceptions:
- Event cancellation
- Event not taking place
8.3. Service fees are non-refundable.
8.4. Refunds are handled by the organizer.
9. EVENT CHANGES
9.1. Event details may change.
9.2. Biletfi is not responsible.
9.3. Refund rights depend on organizer.
10. RESALE AND RESTRICTIONS
10.1. Tickets cannot be resold commercially.
10.2. Unauthorized use may result in cancellation.
10.3. Entry may be denied for rule violations.
11. FRAUD AND SECURITY
11.1. Suspicious transactions may be canceled.
11.2. Verification may be required.
11.3. Chargeback damages may be claimed.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1. Biletfi is an intermediary.
12.2. Organizer is responsible.
12.3. Liability limited to transaction amount.
12.4. No indirect damages accepted.
13. SERVICE CONTINUITY
No guarantee of uninterrupted service.
14. EVIDENCE
System logs are valid evidence.
15. ACCEPTANCE
The BUYER accepts this form before completing the purchase.
