Membership and Terms of Use Agreement

1. PARTIES AND SCOPE

This Membership and Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between BİLETFİ DIGITAL TICKETING AND EVENT SERVICES LIMITED COMPANY (“Biletfi”) and the user (“User”) who uses the biletfi.com platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

2. DEFINITIONS

Platform: biletfi.com website and all related systems
Biletfi: BİLETFİ DIGITAL TICKETING AND EVENT SERVICES LIMITED COMPANY
User: The real person using the Platform
Organizer: Third-party organizing the event
Service: Intermediary service for digital ticket sales

3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Biletfi is a platform that intermediates the sale of tickets for events organized by event organizers.

The content, organization, execution, and all operational processes of events are the responsibility of the organizer.

Biletfi is not the event provider and cannot be held directly liable for the performance of the event.

4. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

4.1.

The User is obliged to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

4.2.

The confidentiality of account information is the responsibility of the User.

4.3.

All transactions made through the account are deemed to belong to the User.

4.4.

In case of unauthorized use, the User must immediately notify Biletfi.

5. TERMS OF USE

The User agrees not to:

• Conduct fraudulent or misleading transactions
• Attempt to manipulate systems
• Use automation/bots
• Engage in unlawful activities
• Threaten platform security

Violation may result in suspension or termination of the account.

6. PAYMENT, FRAUD AND RISK CONTROL

6.1.

Suspicious transactions may be canceled.

6.2.

Additional verification may be requested.

6.3.

Abnormal transactions may be blocked.

6.4.

Any damages from unjustified chargebacks shall be borne by the User.

7. REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Refund and cancellation terms are defined in a separate policy.

The User accepts these conditions during purchase.

8. SYSTEM ERRORS

Transactions resulting from pricing or system errors may be canceled.

9. SERVICE CONTINUITY

Continuous and uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Biletfi acts solely as an intermediary.

Liability is limited to the transaction amount.

No liability for indirect damages.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

No liability arises in cases beyond control.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights belong to Biletfi.

13. PERSONAL DATA

Processed under applicable data protection laws.

14. EVIDENCE

System logs are conclusive evidence.

15. AMENDMENTS

Biletfi may amend this agreement.

16. GOVERNING LAW

Republic of Turkey laws apply.

17. EFFECTIVENESS

Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
